Scope of Works:

The project involved the complete hand demolition of the residential property by hand method so as not to damage the lightweight existing floor slab that was to be retained post demolitions.

We completed the full internal soft strip back to a shell, including the removal and disposal of all fixed and loose furniture, all floor wall and ceiling finishes, all non-load bearing partitions and glazed screens, all ceilings were removed together with insulations, the roof was dismantled and removed including all supporting steel framework.

Following the roof removal we removed all load bearing walls both internal and external, the floor screed to the entire building foot print and the underfloor heating system.

Programme:  Works were completed within 6 weeks with an average of 6-8 men.
