Acton TV Studio, Kendall Avenue, Acton W3 0AF

Scope of Works:

We were engaged by TJM Projects to carry out the strip out of the former exhibition centre and offices to allow for the redevelopment of the site into television studios for All Studios, Manchester.

 

The works were separated into two areas with these being the offices and that of the studios.  To remove designated partitions and floor coverings where there was a structural change to be made.

 

The studios underwent a full strip out back to the structural members which included, floor finishes, partitions, low level ceilings, high level ceilings, all mechanical, electrical and air handling installations.

 

As materials were generated from the soft strip they were immediately removed from the building and placed within the designated waste skip to enable us to maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

 

Works were carried out over a 4 week period with an average of 8-12 men on site at all times.
