Former Toys R Us / Arnold Clark Motorstore

Scope of Works:

We were engaged by Arnold Clark Group Estates to carry out the full internal strip of the former Toys R Us store at Geminin Retail Park in Warrington ahead of the refurbishment works to form an Arnold Clark Motor store.

 

We acted as Principal Contractor for the duration of the works that involved the removal of all former store fixtures and fittings, removal of all plasterboard partitions, block work walls, internal wall lining sheets, the mezzanine floors to three elevations of the building, works also involved the [removal of all floor and wall finishes and the preparation of the entire store concrete slab.

 

We also completed a full Mechanical and Electrical strip of all items not required in the refurbishment.

 

The project duration was to be completed within 10 weeks and we managed to complete all works in just over 8 weeks.
