Flats at Troutbeck, Blackpool

 

Scope of Works: 

To carry out the complete internal strip out works to all fixtures and fittings, loose furniture, soft finishes and plasterboard walls and ceilings in the former residential flats.

 

The soft strip was in preparation for the complete demolition of the flats as part of the regeneration of the area.

 

There was 54 one bedroom flats spread over 4 blocks with each block three storeys in height.  All works were completed working normal working hours Monday to Friday.

 

Works was completed within 3 weeks of commencement.
