St James Square, John Dalton Street, Manchester

Scope of Works:

To carry out the complete internal soft strip inclusive of M+E removals to the 5 storey building in city centre Manchester.

 

The building was particularly challenging due to the restricted vehicle access for waste removals having only been allocated a 2 hour window per day to load waste into skips by hand method.

 

Works comprised of the removal and disposal of all floor finishes, suspended ceiling and grid, plasterboard partitions, glazed partitions, block walls to core areas, wall and column linings and all installations within the roof top plant room and risers throughout the building.

 

Works were carried out over an eight week period with an average of 8-10 men on site at all times.
