Spire Hospital, Manchester

Scope of Works:

To carry out the complete internal strip out works to all soft finishes and plasterboard walls and ceilings in the former private hospital. Works were carried out over a seven week period with an average of 8 -10 men on site at all times. 

Works included the removal and disposal of all fixtures and fittings, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, all nonloadbearing walls together with a full M+E strip back to the existing brick.

 

All waste materials were to be removed from the building by hand method walked
internally down to the ground level where they were placed into designated skips on a that were disposed of by the client.

The buildings comprised, of three and four storeys in height.

 

All works were completed working normal working hours Monday to Friday.
