Manor Road, Bramhall

Scope of Works:

We were appointed as Principal Contractor to carry out the complete demolition and site clearance of the former Swiss Consulate residence in Bramhall, Cheshire.

 

The property was being demolished to make way for a new residential dwelling to be erected on site therefore there was a requirement to excavate all floor slabs, foundations and redundant services associated with the building.

 

The works comprised of an internal soft strip, asbestos removals followed by the complete demolition and clearance of the superstructure, floor slab and foundations.

 

All materials associated with the building were transported off site for disposal and the site was left ready for building.
