Scope of Works:

We were called in to carry out some emergency site clearance works following an escape of water through the ceiling of the ballrooms on the first floor on the hotel.

 

The hotel remained functioning throughout our works that were carried out in five 12 hour shifts overnight.

We were tasked with the removal of the plasterboard ceilings, bulkheads and all supporting framework, the removal of carpet and timber floor finishes.  All materials were carried out of the building via the service stairs and loaded straight not transport for disposal.

 

Works were carried out over a five night period with an average of 4-6 men on site at all times.

​

All works were completed working from 19.00 until 07.00 Friday to Tuesday.
