Levels G, 1, 2, 3, 5 & 11 City Square, Leeds

Scope of Works:

To carry out the complete internal soft strip of 6 floors of the 11 storey building overnight due to there being 5 floors of the building occupied during the day.

Works comprised of the removal and disposal of all floor finishes, suspended ceiling and grid, plasterboard partitions, glazed partitions block walls to core areas and raised access flooring across the floor plate.

All materials were removed through the building utilising the goods lift and materials were loaded into skips by use of a telehandler. Works were carried out over a twelve week period with an average of 10 - 12 men on site at all times.

All works were completed working from 19:00 until 05:00 Monday to Friday.
