Bolton Road, Hawkshaw

Scope of Works:

The project involved the complete demolition of the residential dwelling to facilitate a new build dwelling on the same site.

 

We were appointed by the site owner following a recommendation by the architect associated with Cartime Rochdale.  We coordinated the utility disconnections, vegetation removal, asbestos removal and the complete demolition and clearance works of the former Victorian detached property.

 

The demolitions were a mixture of hand and mechanical demolitions with extreme care being executed when working in the vicinity of the neighbouring property.
