B11 Apartment, Great Northern Tower, Manchester

Scope of Works:

We were engaged by Noble Projects to carry out a sensitive soft strip of the existing loose and fixed furniture, floor finishes, bathrooms and ensuite including all sanitaryware, doors, frames, skirtings and designated non loadbearing walls to the apartment located on the 11th floor.

 

The building was fully occupied during the period that works were carried out therefore we had to minimise on noise when dismantling and removing all fixtures and fittings etc.

 

All materials were processed and loaded into parcel crates before being removed from the apartment and transferred to the lower ground car park where we had a designated waste vehicle parked.

 

There was no designated lift car for us to utilise therefore we had to make sure that our operations did not impede on the other residents who had priority use of all lifts.

 

Works were carried out in 5 days over two separate visits the first in February for 3 days and a second visit in May for a further 2 days, with an average of 6 men on site on both occasions.
