Aurora Manufacturing - Phase 2

Scope of Works:

To remove all redundant Mechanical and Electrical installations from the walls and roof voids to facilitate the redevelopment of the factory.

 

Works also involved the controlled demolition of reinforced concrete structures within the factory that were surplus to requirements.

 

Due to the fact that the facility was operational 24/7 we had to plan each element in depth to ensure that our works did not affect the production team in any way.

 

The production process on site was the granulating of  plastics for re-use, therefore all of cutting operations were utilising a cold cutting technique to enable there being no need for a hot work permit.
