Unit 6 Abbots Park, Runcorn WA7 3GH

Scope of Works:

We were appointed by FJM Contracts Ltd to carry out a partial internal soft strip of the ground floor unit in line with the new tenants’ requirements.

 

Our works involved the removal of all carpet, vinyl and tiled floor finishes, all non loadbearing plasterboard partitions, glazed screens and internal doors, architraves etc.

 

We also removed all fixed and stand alone furniture and dismantled the existing kitchen units.  Our works formed part of a fast track refurbishment for the overall client.

 

All materials were processed internally and removed from the building in parcel crates to ensure that we had minimal impact on the other tenants within the building.

 

Works were carried out over a three day period with an average of 6-8 men on site at all times.

 

All works were completed during normal working hours between 07.00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday.
